Hotel Savel lays in the heart of the southern part of Ardèche and has been there for over 40 years. In the past, it was a mansion, built in the end of the 19th century as a country residence of a beer brasserie owner from south France. The classy two-story building has been built with stones from Ruoms, which are famous for their white color.
